Webmail is where you using your web browser to go online and check on your email account, check emails, reply emails or manage your contact lists. You will not require email client like outlook express etc, although you can connect it to hostnine mail server and download the emails. Alternatively you can use the webmail to check your email online conveniently.
Hostnine webmail, there are 3 webmail clients provider. Horde, squirrelmail and roundcude. Usually in other hosting provider, there will be usually two webmail, either squirrelmail or roundcude is missing. But at hostnine hosting, all three are here. Personally i most prefer horde, as it looks better. I don’t like ugly design. 
You can go to cpanel to login to your webmail. Or you can visit your domain name follow by /webmail. Here is how i login to my webmail http://www.hostninereview.org/webmail .. this will bring me to webmail for hostninereview.org . Enter the email account name and password and i will goes into the email account. Simple as that.
