Host Nine (H9) also uses technical knowlesgebase, which i seeing now… is power by kayako supportsuite. The same knowledgebase system used by other hosting provider as well. I also found that there is lots of flash tutorial provided. Its interesting and much easier to learn on account setup and setting, how to get the work done. Impressive!
